Vercel acts as a processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.

Retention: runtime log data is kept for 24 hours and is not forwarded to any other service.

4. Email newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter on this website. Registration uses the double opt-in procedure: after entering your email address, we send you a confirmation email. Your address is added to our mailing list only after you click the confirmation link.

We process the following data:

the IP address used at sign-up and at confirmation
the date and time of sign-up and of confirmation

The IP address and timestamps are stored solely to document your consent and to protect against misuse of email addresses.

Purpose: sending information about this project and its future products.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link for this purpose; you can also write to contact@mlbhrtracker.com. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Retention: your data is stored for as long as you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, your email address is deleted. Records documenting your consent may be retained for a limited period where needed to demonstrate that consent was given.

The newsletter is sent using Brevo, a service of Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France. Brevo acts as a processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. If you contact us by email, the data you provide, including your email address and the content of your message, is stored so that we can handle your enquiry.

This data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.
